Andrew Whitehouse, RA, AIA, NCARB, is the Founding Principal of the firm, bringing broad experience across municipal, educational, healthcare, residential, and commercial facility types. His portfolio spans projects ranging from public safety and municipal buildings to higher education, affordable and high-end housing, manufacturing, and complex infrastructure facilities.
Andrew’s recent work has focused on commercial roofing and the planning and design of police, fire, EMS, educational, and other public-sector facilities. His expertise in police facility design is reinforced by his associate membership in both the Connecticut Police Chiefs Association and the International Association of Chiefs of Police.
Complementing his design practice, Andrew brings a practical understanding of public administration through both his project experience and his current service as a board member of the Wallingford (CT) Public Library.
This combination of technical expertise, public safety specialization, and firsthand governance experience allows Andrew to approach public projects with a clear understanding of operational needs, stakeholder expectations, and long-term stewardship.
